COMMUNITY DROP-INS

Community Mindfulness Drop-in Groups

Freely offered, donations are warmly appreciated.

We'd love to have you join!

Our Community Mindfulness Drop-in Groups are an opportunity to learn about and practice mindfulness meditation with the support of others. The groups are open to everyone on a drop-in basis. There is no need to have prior meditation experience. In these groups, we draw from many wisdom traditions, scientific research, and other sources as we explore how mindfulness can be a healing presence in our lives and allow us to meet each moment with greater skillfulness, resilience, wisdom and kindness.

The groups are on-going. If for some reason we are not meeting on a particular day, it will be posted on this page.

**We will not be meeting the weeks of Dec 22nd and 29th. Drop-Ins will resume the week of January 5th, 2026**
Tuesday Evening Group
​7:15 – 8:15 PM: Mindfulness Practice including time for sitting practice, mindfulness teaching, practice sharing, questions, and announcements. 

Wednesday Morning Group
​9:30 - 10:30 AM: Mindfulness Practice including time for sitting practice, mindfulness teaching, practice sharing/questions, announcements.

Watershed Church 
Charlotte Center for Mindfulness, Rm 115 (Enter through the main parking lot, and it’s the first room on the right.)
