Mindfulness Cafe
Mindfulness Cafes are designed to explore a topic in mindfulness in an inviting cafe environment in order to support meditation, discussion and contemplation. These Cafes are appropriate for both beginning and experienced meditators. We will spend time with guided meditations, mindful small group sharing, community discussion, and grounding. All of the practices will be appropriate for anybody with plenty of room for taking care of your body's needs with what feels best for you. And of course, there will be tea and treats!
