Retreats
Charlotte Center for Mindfulness hosts community retreats throughout the year. They are an opportunity to practice and connect in community, through mindfulness. They also support our fundraising efforts (donations are encouraged, but not required). Retreats are led by CCM teachers and are suitable for beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners. Most retreats last from 2-3 hours.
